Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer flexible shipping solutions to meet the needs of our wholesale and B2B customers worldwide.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer three shipping options to accommodate different order sizes, budgets, and delivery timelines:

🚢 Sea Freight (LCL / FCL)

  • Best for: Large volume bulk orders, full container loads (FCL) or less than container loads (LCL).
  • Transit Time: 20-45 business days depending on destination.
  • Cost: Most economical option for bulk orders.
  • Tracking: Full container tracking provided via Bill of Lading (B/L) number.
  • Note: Sea freight is the standard choice for most of our wholesale partners.

✈️ Air Freight

  • Best for: Medium-sized orders that require faster delivery than sea freight.
  • Transit Time: 5-10 business days depending on destination.
  • Cost: Moderately priced – more expensive than sea freight, but cheaper than express.
  • Tracking: Air waybill (AWB) tracking number provided.

📦 Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS)

  • Best for: Sample orders, small orders, and urgent deliveries.
  • Transit Time: 3-7 business days worldwide.
  • Cost: Highest cost option – recommended for small packages only.
  • Tracking: Real-time tracking with door-to-door delivery.

2. Shipping Cost

  • Calculation Method: Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, volume (dimensional weight), and destination.
  • Quote Process: A shipping quote will be provided before order confirmation. You will have the opportunity to approve or adjust the shipping method and cost.
  • Incoterms: Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are quoted on an FOB (Free On Board) Shanghai/Ningbo basis. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, insurance, customs clearance, and import duties.
  • Insurance: Shipping insurance is optional and can be arranged upon request at the customer's expense.

3. Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. The total delivery timeline = Production Time + Shipping Time.

  • Production Time (Lead Time): 15-25 business days for custom/OEM orders; 3-5 business days for in-stock items.
  • Shipping Time (Transit Time): As specified in Section 1 above.

Example: A custom order to the USA with sea freight may take: 20 days production + 30 days shipping = approximately 50 days total.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Shipping

  • Standard MOQ: Our standard MOQ is clearly stated on each product page or in our quotation.
  • Shipping Impact: Larger orders benefit from lower shipping cost per unit due to economies of scale.
  • Sample Orders: Small sample orders are shipped via express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) and charged at actual shipping cost.
  • Consolidation: We can consolidate multiple products into a single shipment to optimize shipping costs.

5. Packaging

  • Standard Packaging: All products are carefully packed in durable cartons with protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
  • Custom Packaging: We offer custom packaging solutions for wholesale orders, including branded boxes, labels, and inserts.
  • Palletization: For large orders, products are palletized and wrapped for secure container loading.
  • Fragile Items: Extra care is taken for fragile products with "Fragile" and "This Side Up" handling labels.

6. Tracking Information

  • Express Orders: Tracking number provided within 24 hours of dispatch. Real-time tracking available on the carrier's website.
  • Sea Freight: Bill of Lading (B/L) number provided for container tracking. We will update you on the vessel schedule and estimated arrival date.
  • Air Freight: Air waybill (AWB) number provided for tracking on the airline's website.
  • Communication: We will notify you at each stage – production completion, shipment dispatch, and estimated arrival.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customer Responsibility: All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Documentation: We will provide accurate commercial invoices, packing lists, and other required documents to assist with customs clearance.
  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection or clearance procedures.
  • VAT/GST: Our prices do not include VAT, GST, or other local taxes. Please consult your local customs office for applicable rates.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for a shipping quote.
  • Prohibited Items: All our products comply with international shipping regulations. However, certain materials may be restricted in some countries – please verify local import requirements before ordering.
  • Remote Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote or rural areas.
  • PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO Box addresses for express or freight deliveries.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Inspection upon Arrival: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Damage Claims: Claims for damaged products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and packaging photos.
  • Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. A replacement or refund will be provided based on the investigation outcome.
  • Insurance Coverage: If shipping insurance was purchased, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
